Most injectable treatments require little to no downtime. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising can occur and typically resolves within a few days. Lindsey will provide clear aftercare guidance so you know exactly what to expect.
Every appointment begins with a personalized consultation to determine the safest and most effective treatment plan based on your facial anatomy, goals, and long-term skin health.
Bruising is always a possibility with any injectable treatment because we’re working around tiny blood vessels under the skin. Certain areas, medications, supplements, and even your individual anatomy can increase the likelihood. I use careful techniques, but I always tell patients to plan for the possibility of a small bruise just in case — and to know that it’s completely normal. Avoiding blood thinners like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and alcohol for 10 days prior (if medically safe) helps minimize this significantly.
Botox typically lasts about 3–4 months. The exact duration can vary depending on the area treated, your metabolism, muscle strength, and how consistently you maintain your treatments. With regular appointments, results often last longer over time as the muscles become trained to relax. Staying consistent is the key to getting the most out of every treatment.
Inspiration photos are a great communication tool — but the honest answer is that everyone has different lip anatomy, facial proportions, and natural structure. Filler should always be customized to the individual face. What looks incredible on someone else might not be the right look for your anatomy. We’ll always use your inspo as a guide while designing something that’s truly tailored to you.
It really depends on your goals, anatomy, and the area being treated. Some people just need a subtle enhancement, while others may want more noticeable volume or facial balancing. My approach is always conservative — we start with what’s needed to create natural, proportional results. It’s better to layer and refine than to overfill in one session. This way, your results look effortless and last longer.
Yes! Many clients can safely combine treatments in one appointment, like Botox with filler or biostimulators. Combining treatments allows us to address multiple areas at once and create a more balanced, harmonious result. Some combinations may require spacing depending on the area or type of treatment, but most can be done together efficiently and comfortably. We’ll always discuss the best plan for you at your consultation.
Many treatments are done in a series because we’re creating structural change within the skin — not just a temporary surface result. Sculptra, Radiesse, and PRF EZ Gel all take time and repeated stimulation to fully develop. Each session builds on the last, allowing us to gradually and safely achieve optimal results. Think of it as an investment that compounds over time.
Great question — prep matters! Here’s the quick version:
• Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, alcohol) for 10 days prior if medically safe
• No dental work or vaccines in the two weeks before your appointment
• Stay well hydrated in the days leading up — hydrated skin = better filler integration
• Don’t schedule your appointment right before a big event. Allow at least two weeks.
• Have a light meal before you come in
• Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, skincare, or SPF on treatment areas
• Share your full medical history and medication list with me. Safety always comes first.
• Bring inspo photos but trust your injector’s expertise. Natural, balanced results > overdone.
